Accounts

• The parent or guardian is responsible for the account, child profiles, and activity performed while signed in.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

Parents and Child Profiles

• KidPlay is intended for parent-managed family use. Child listeners should use the service through profiles created by a parent or legal guardian.
• Child profiles are part of the parent account and are not standalone accounts with their own purchase or support relationship.
• The parent or guardian is responsible for purchases, parental-control settings, deletion requests, and communications with KidPlay support.

Content and Access

• Some features, subscriptions, and synced settings require a working internet connection and a signed-in account.
• Uploaded or admin-managed content must be owned, licensed, or otherwise authorized for use in the service.
• Premium content access depends on an active subscription entitlement.

Subscriptions

• Trials, eligibility, pricing, renewal, and cancellation behavior shown at purchase time in the App Store or Play Store control the billing relationship.
• Subscriptions are managed by the store account used for purchase.
• Deleting a KidPlay account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Play Store subscription.

Privacy and Support

• Your use of KidPlay is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• Support and privacy requests can be sent to bukunmiakinfenwa12@gmail.com or through the public support page.

Acceptable Use

• You may not attempt to bypass parental controls, misuse admin tools, scrape protected content, or interfere with service security.
• We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect the service, other families, or content rights.
