Delete Your KidPlay Account
Parents and guardians can request deletion of a KidPlay account and associated family data from inside the app or by contacting support.
Delete in the KidPlay App
- Open KidPlay and sign in to the parent account you want to delete.
- Go to Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account.
- Read the deletion notice, enter the account password, and confirm deletion.
This removes the parent auth account and linked synced KidPlay profile data from our live application systems, including child profiles, favorites, listening history, content filters, and screen-time records.
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, email bukunmiakinfenwa12@gmail.com from the email address used for your KidPlay parent account.
Include:
- The parent account email address.
- A short note saying that you want to delete your KidPlay account and associated data.
What May Be Retained
- App Store or Google Play billing records are managed by Apple or Google and are not deleted by KidPlay.
- Operational logs, security records, and provider backups may persist for a limited time until those systems age out or are overwritten.
- Records may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.
Deleting your KidPlay account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately through your store account.
